We do not accept return & refund policy. We only accept return and exchange policy if the product is incorrect/damaged.
We also insist you to inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you receive any defective, damaged or wrong items, so we can evaluate the issue and help you out promptly.
If the product is damaged during the transit Rays of Joy will not be responsible to take care any return or refund.
If you receive an incorrect/damaged product, after evaluation we request you to return and we initiated exchange from 5-7 working days.
